WICKENBURG, AZ -

Celtic Legends has performed all over the world and on Saturday, February 21 and Sunday 22 they will begin their 2009 North American tour on the Webb Center stage.

The show is a brilliant fusion of Celtic music and dance! Under the direction of Riverdances Michael Londra, Celtic Legends has swept the world with their artistry. This team of pristine Irish step dancers perform electric moves amidst exhilarating folk music and ethereal songs with a live onstage band.

“Originally we offered one show on Sunday and it sold out almost immediately after our tickets went on sale,” stated Stephanie Fornoff, Box Office Manager at the Webb Center. “After contacting the company in Ireland, we were able to add a performance on Saturday, February 21 at 7:30PM.”

“The show is under the new creative team and musical direction of Liz Knowles and Kieran O’Hare,” announced Michael Londra, Creative Director of Legends. “In our opinion,” Londra continued, “Liz and Kieran represent the best of what Irish music is today. They combine not only excellent musicianship but they are also aware of the demands of showmanship and the theatrical elements of a big show like Legends. This is rare in traditional Irish music.”
