Music legend Herb Alpert teams with his wife, renowned singer Lani Hall to promote the duos first album slated for release in August 2009, “Anything Goes.” The couple will serenade audiences with their beautifully reinterpreted standards. Alpert is an iconic trumpet player who spent years as the leader of the Tijuana Brass and as a solo artist, winning seven Grammys and selling 75 million albums. Hall was the lead singer for Sergio Mendes chart-topping bossa nova group, Brasil 66. For “Anything Goes,” Alpert and Hall selected unique arrangements, with their own personality and life-affirming lyrics, to be recorded live. Join us for this legendary evening!
